Clinical Director

 Qualifications

  • CPM, certified through NARM, preferably through PEP.
  • Ability to work independently and work well with a team.
  • Be proficient in using the use of a computer. Experience with Access or other database programs preferred.  
  • Have a computer system no more than three years old, with broadband connection at home.  PC only, no Macs.
  • Experience in distance education is highly desirable.
  • Attentive communication skills, interpersonal sensitivity, team building, decisiveness, advocacy, delegation, self-awareness, flexibility, adaptability, conflict management, organization and time management skills, clinical and ethical judgment, foresight, change process awareness/experience and transformational leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for tracking and documenting student clinical experiences meeting MEAC and other regulatory guidelines. 
  • Participation in the administrative team as needed.
  • Developing online course and training materials for preceptors,
  • Participation in the online course for students about their clinical experiences.
  • Recruit preceptors and clinical teachers.
  • Maintain preceptor database.
  • Maintain all records for students and preceptors meeting all FERPA, and HIPAA guidelines.

Hours, Wages & Compensation:

This is a work at home, part time position. Hours are flexible, with the exception of scheduled meetings. Salary $18-21/hour depending on experience, position starts at .4 FTE with increasing hours with a year.
