The Executive board job is to assure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, provide oversight in financial matters, and assure completion of mission goals, as well as to serve on the hiring committee for key administrative positions.
Day to day administration is done by the administrative team include the Administrative Director, Academic Director, Dean of Faculty, Business Director, IT Director / Interim Executive Director, and Registrar.
While the organizational structure is based on a traditional academic hierarchal model, we carry into it our values of compassionate communication, consensus-building, respect for diversity, transformational leadership, and honoring each individual’s contribution.
